Alumium Vintage Rat Rod 4" x 4" Foot Pedal - Brake perhaps..

I do not know what this is.. really.
I am thinking an aftermarket foot pedal.. possibly brake.
I am hoping someone building a Rat Rod might fancy it.
Good Physical Condition.
The dimensions are approximately 4" x 4" square.
