    WHETHER YOUR ORIGINAL ONE IS SHOT OR IF YOU'VE GOT NEW PANS AND NEED A NEW ONE, THIS IS THE PART YOU NEED!
    Unlike later pedal assemblies where the accelerator pedal mount is part of the assembly, early models had a separate mount that was welded onto the floor pan. This caused it to be more susceptible to rust and general wear and tear than later ones. This new reproduction is a perfect replacement whether your original one is just totally worn out or you've got new pans and don't want to try to salvage your original 50 year-old bracket. Please note - this bracket must be welded to the pan like the original. We've had some customers bolt it down with mixed results.
